Unhidden Is Strictly 'Pyjama-Free' Adaptive Fashion And We Love It

Posted by admin on

Victoria Jenkins has worked on fashion lines sold everywhere from Tesco and Primark to Jack Wills and, most recently, Victoria Beckham. But the style savvy 35-year-old, from Islington, London, has been forced to spend much of her own free time living in pyjamas.  Jenkins has multiple gastro-intestinal problems that have required multiple surgeries. Her symptoms make many high street clothes uncomfortable to wear on good days – and impossible to wear when she’s recovering from surgery. But in 2017 the designer and garment technologist quit her job at Victoria Beckham to create Unhidden, a new capsule collection of adaptive clothing for people...

Our Favourite Charity Shop Finds From The First Week Back

Posted by admin on

Pubs are pulling pints, hairdressers are back in business, and non-essential retail is open again – but the place I’m desperate to return to on the high street is the charity shop. Those small hubs of joy, where you find hidden treasures, undeniable bargains, vintage gold, and everything you never knew you needed. Everyone’s Talking About This Aldi Heated Clothes Airer – But Does It Actually Dry Your Socks?

Posted by admin on

It’s one of the worst parts of living in a flat – having limited space to dry your washing, meaning your living room looks like a makeshift launderette for the entire winter. So imagine my delight when, on a regular Saturday trip to Aldi, I spotted a heated clothes horse on sale for just £28.99. The clothes horse plugs into the wall to heat 20 separate bars, designed to speed up the drying process indoors and eliminate trips to and from your outdoor washing line (if you’re lucky enough to have one). The product has been the talk of the...
