Chart stands are great space savers for classrooms. Most classrooms have cinder blocks and it is difficult to hang heavy pocket charts on them. Anchor charts need to hang from a rack in order to easily flip over to a new page. I have found that the garment racks are cheaper than the 'made for classrooms' brands and they are just as strong or even stronger.
