Vintage Industrial Brass Deparment Store Children's Garment Clothing Rack

This vintage brass garment rack stands 57 1/2" tall and has a top with a diameter of 30". The base of this garment rack measures 9" in diameter. This piece was used as a rack for children's clothing. This is a very unique size, being the smallest garment rack we've seen. This item is in great condition, with only some scratching along the base. This item is being sold as found.
